Verify the Construction Quality and Documents
We check and verify that the apartment/ office space on sale has approval from authority and align with sanction of building plans, building permits and local body acts. All the constitution documents are scrutinized carefully to ensure that the builder has completed the construction of the building as per the government approved plan.
Check the Status of Tax Payment
To ensure that the builder has not defaulted on payment of property taxes, our team verifies with the municipal authorities that the seller has not defaulted on payment of property taxes.

Compliance under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act
